My Story

I design experiences through a human-centered lens, particularly focused within accessibility and assistive technology. I see accessibility as the heart of what we do as designers since it’s not usable if it’s not accessible.

I applied the participatory design method, with my art and design foundation of art direction, storytelling, and concept development, to develop an auditory social media platform built for a screen reader and a year-long thesis project on how to design tactile schematics.

Travel is another way I’m able to research user behavior. I've observed and wandered, mostly solo, through 30 countries so far and accumulated a collection of travel recipes.

Awards

My work has received recognition from the May & Samuel Rudin ITP Scholarship, Lew & Edie Wasserman Scholarship, CLIOs, One Show, Effies, Webbys, FWA, Awwwards, and Cannes.
